Team Sleepovers
A Fan Favorite :)
Our competition teams have at least one team bonding event per month, and a fan favorite was our team sleepover! We watched movies, did team-building activities, ate lots of yummy food, and danced! We love these moments together, and it was o special having so many students have their first-ever sleepover here at Lucky Star!
Holiday Celebrations
Halloween Party
We love any chance we can get to celebrate! We had a whole competition team Halloween party where we played silly Halloween games, ate food, and did many relay races! We can say we all left sweating after the intense game of musical chairs we played!

We had so much fun at our holiday party! From Secret Buddy reveals to gingerbread house decorating contests, we couldn't stop laughing! Shoutout to our competition team families for surprising Miss Bri with star ornaments, making her shed many happy tears.
Mental Health Discussion
With Glenn Kelich
Our students discussed with Glenn Kelich, a former professional ballerina and current performance coach, about learning how to turn anxiety into enthusiasm and helpful tricks to help them when worry, perfectionism, comparison, and other intruding thoughts arise. We are so proud of our students for openly discussing their experiences.
At Lucky Star, we constantly work to improve our dancer's physical and mental health- helping them grow as people and dancers.
Annual Competition Team Showcase
All Proceeds were donated to the Centre County Youth Service Bureau!
Our showcase is an opportunity for all our competitive programs to come together and practice on stage before their first full-team competition later this year!
It was a joy to watch our dancers do what they love while surrounded by their friends, families, and Lucky Star supporters.
Annual Banquet
End of the year celebration!
Every year, we have an end of the year banquet to celebrate our dancers hard work that season! We are beyond proud of our dancers on an incredible season! All dancers left with a special award for their work ethic, personality, and unique quality that they bring to the team!
